Diamond Grove Raceway is a 1/5th mile dirt oval track with low banking. We have a decent 305 Sprint setup for it as well as several late model setups we have found online.

Our 305 Sprint setup secured us a spot in the A main pretty easy and we finished 6th. Our car was not fully upgraded at the time. We’re sure some tweaking could be done to this setup so try it out and tune to your liking.

Late Model Setups for SRX The Game Diamond Grove Raceway

We have three different late model setups for late models at Diamond Grove. Two of the should get you close to a 9 second lap based off the information provided.

If your running a career in SRX The Game, you might be curious which sponsor is the best one to go with? Starting off you don’t have many choices but as you impress more at the different Showcase races through the season you will gain a few more options, if you race well that is.

When we look at the 4 different sponsors available, they show us what their initial payout will be and then how much their payout will be per race. So you have to do some math to figure out the total amount of cash you’ll end up getting from the sponsor.

You would think each sponsor would be a little better since they expect slightly better results from you as you progress each showcase. That is where you would be wrong. While the best sponsor overall is Edelbrock, you will find the middle two sponsors are flipped when it comes to who is best if we’re looking at total payout over a season, although the difference is small.

Take a look at the numbers below to see what the total payout from the 4 different sponsors would be through a full 27 race season.

LakeSide Media – $5,800 up front, $2,100/race (27 x $2,100 = $56,700) – Total Payout = $62,500

Racing Optics – $4,400 up front, $3,200/race (27 x $3,200 = $86,400) – Total Payout = $90,800

Eibach – $46,400 up front, $1,600/race (27 x $1,600 = $43,200) – Total Payout = $89,600

Edelbrock – $39,400 up front, $3,500/race (27 x $3,500 = $94,500) – Total Payout = $133,900

As you can see, the 2nd tier sponsor Racing Optics will net you an extra $1,200 more than the 3rd tier sponsor Eibach over the course of a full season. However, one reason you may choose to go with Eibach is their large upfront payout which should help you get you car upgraded a little more early in the season. Doing that should help you finish better which will get you more money overall from race payouts. The $1,200 difference shouldn’t be too hard to make up with race winnings. As we wrap up our 2nd season and enter our 3rd, that is probably what we will do. Unless of course we can secure Edelbrock as a sponsor! 305 Sprint Setups for SRX The Game Madison Lake Motorsports Park

We guarantee our setup for Madison Lake is not the best. This is a tough track for us. We haven’t found a way to run the top so the fastest way round has been on the bottom for us. Consistency will be key but it is hard to run any specific line once you get into a heat or feature. We found ourselves just trying to hold on around the bottom as close as possible. We got lucky with a 6th place finish in the A main but that was just due to a couple cautions which allowed us to get some nice jumps on the restart and sneak by on the inside. There is definitely room for improvement here! Do you have a better setup? Let us know.

We have 2 different Late Model setups to share that we found online. We haven’t run either of these yet so give them both a try and see which one works best for you.

305 Sprint Setups for SRX The Game I-19 Speedway

We found Highside Mike’s 305 Sprint setup and started with it. No time was posted with his setup so we went into practice not knowing what we should be shooting for. Our car is not fully upgraded yet and the best time we ran was a 9.986. We tweaked the gearing and that along with a nice smooth lap gave us a fast time of 9.681 running on the high side.. We went on to finish 12th in the A main with our slightly modified setup from Highside Mike.

Late Model Setups for SRX The Game I-19 Speedway

We haven’t tested any of these Late Model setups in our SRX career yet. We’ll add more information with future updates.

We have several Late Model setups for Kenyon County and a couple for 305 Sprint cars. We have yet to test out the late model setups but can assure you the 305 Sprint setup from Highside Mike is good. With just a small tweak to the rear end gearing (as you will see below) we were able to win the A main without a fully upgraded car. We ran the high side of the track with his tweaked setup. His late model setup for Kenyon County is probably a good one to try out before the other ones until we get them tested and report back. Good luck!

This just goes to show you that car setup alone is not the only factor in turning laps. The driving line you take and how you drive the car can make all the difference sometime.
